Frequently Asked Questions:

1.Nozzle problem:

     Nozzle is blocked     Washing nozzle.Make sure the nozzle is clean when be shut down.If the machine should be shutdown for some time,make sure doing normal boot and run several hours about every 10 days.

     Filter plug                   Check and Washing the filter or replacing one;Check the ink is clean , avoid ink pollution  by dirty substance.

2.High-pressure alarm: 

     Dirty nozzle,ink line shots off target        Washing the nozzle and then clean and dry it.

     Font-height set too high                            Reset it until it suitable.

     High-voltage detection circuit is overly sensitive         Reset detection of high-pressure alarm.

     Bad power supply or Bad grounding                             Check and use good power and good link grounding.

3.Ink problem:  

    Concentration is too high     Adding small amounts of diluents bit by bit.     

    Concentration is too low       Do not open or shut down too ofter.

     Attention: concentration problem will appears when power on,it will be normal a few minutes later.

Other Issues:   

     Synchronizer mode set wrong                 Change synchronizer control mode change.   

     Word width or Product's delay-error        Reset word width or product's delay.     

     Character height set too small                 Reset character height.         

     Electric eye malfunction                           Check the electric eye's connections,  cleaning the electric eye's endoscopic,check fiber quality  or  useing  manually print command check the electric eye.
